This was before the waves got big.

I went on my first sail yesterday!  I liked some of the giant waves.  My favourites were the ones that went slowly up and then fast down and Nathans favourites were fast up and slowly down and then smooth.

It turns out there was a sushi place at the marina.  We are on our way to get sushi.  There was a lizard and it was on a spiky tree.  Nathan got pricked by one of the spikes.  It left a tiny cut.  He was probably trying to catch the lizard.

This is Pumpkin and Syrup.  We visited them already.  We had to leave Pumpkin and Syrup when we set sail.  It was hard.

This is a Millie size royal palm tree.

This is me jumping off the boat.  My belly kind of hurt.

  1. Thanks Millie for keeping us up to date on your great Caribbean adventure. Sorry to hear about your stumble. Looks like a big bruise. Your first sail must have been so exciting! Don’t worry about the kitties, they will be waiting for you when you return to the Marina! Like Auntie Debbie, love your awesome dive off the boat in mid air – nice form and pointed toes! You are so brave and yes, sorry about your tummy!

  2. I hope that bruise on your arm goes away soon.
Nice dive, even if it made your tummy tingle a bit!
Pumpkin and Syrup will miss you, too, but you will be able to see them when you go to that marina again.
Glad you liked the waves. That was a good description.

  3. Hi Millie, I’m very glad there is a sushi place nearby because we love sushi. I was very excited that you went on your first sail. Maybe it already seems like a long time ago. I hope your bruises on your arm have healed. When Uncle Steve and I were first married we went sailing for our honeymoon, not far from Granada, in the British Virgin Islands. We had a much smaller boat but there were only two of us. So I can kind of imagine what it looks like where you are. And I think it is beautiful! Hope to hear from you again soon, love, Auntie Ali xoxo
